Summary

Kids ages 8-15 years are invited to join us for computer games, pizza and fun! We'll have a play station, wii, Smartboard, computers and iPad games available to play. High School and College students as well as Lekotek staff are present to facilitate play. Parents need not stay!

As the Parent or legal Guardian of the individual attending Lekotek's computer club, I fully agree to his/her participation in Lekotek’s Computer Club and agree to release and hold harmless Lekotek, Lekotek's staff and volunteers from any and all liability, loss, damages, claims, or actions for any possible injury and/or property damage, to the extent permissible by law.

I also give permission for Lekotek staff to act in case of illness, injury and/or emergency if the parent/guardian cannot be reached.

I hereby give my permission to Lekotek to take photographs/videotapes of my child to be used for the purpose of promoting Lekotek services, training, software creation and other uses deemed appropriate by Lekotek. Photos/Videos may be posted on Lekotek’s Facebook page, website or in printed materials.
